In response to the fact that several of you will be away on Wednesday, I've moved the in-class marked assignment to Thursday. This makes more sense anyway as our class leads into clinic and will give any of you who need it a bit more time to finish.
Just to be clear (as I feel like I may not have been): you are NOT writing an in-class essay, but an in-class essay response... this includes multiple choice and short answer questions.
Tomorrow we will be reading an essay and you will respond. This is the warm-up for Thursday. I'll keep the work that you do tomorrow as a diagnostic measurement, and the work on THURSDAY will be marked.
Wednesday, in the middle, will be set aside to focus on a new essay piece. Make sense?

I understand some students got a sheet about methods of development, structures, and forms of an essay. I forgot to ask for the sheet so I was wondering if I could have a look at it in the morning. What time are you usually at school?
For the in class essay, are we allowed to have the essays with us?
